UNDERSTAND THE OFFER IN 2 MINUTES

Thanks to the PEG, the employees are currently the largest shareholder of the Group!
What is the PEG?
Subscribing to the PEG means you become a Saint-Gobain shareholder on preferential conditions!
Above all, this means you benefit from a preferential purchase price.
The Saint-Gobain share subscription price is the average of the stock market price of the Saint-Gobain share over a 20-day period, to which a 20% discount is applied.
If you have subscribed via an employee mutual fund, you elect representatives every five years to the Supervisory Board of your employee mutual fund who will monitor management of the fund
and vote on resolutions put forward at the Group's Annual General Meeting.
What's more, a director representing employee shareholders sits on the Group's Board of Management.
Lastly, you benefit from financial advantages.
Saint-Gobain pays your management & account keeping bank fees!
In addition, you'll benefit from any dividends paid out during the investment period.
In exchange for these advantages, your investment is locked in for 5 years, except in cases of early redemption specified by law.
As with any investment in shares, your investment will follow the Saint-Gobain share price, which can go down as well as up and there is therefore a risk of losing your capital.
The 20% discount however, reduces the potential impact of any drop in share value on your savings.
