How does the reduction work?　どのように調整（減少）されますか？

If the total number of shares requested for the 2024 PEG subscription process is greater than the number of available shares, requests will be reduced, and you may not be able to receive the amount that you had requested.　超えた場合には減少され、申し込んだ株式を受け取れない可能性があります。

Reduction of requests for subscriptions to Fund shares will proceed as follows: 調整（減少）は次のプロセスで行われます。

1) The total number of shares offered will be divided by the total number of Fund subscribers to determine the “non-reducible average subscription”.

　”減少対象とならない平均株式数”を全申込株式数を全購入者で割って決定します。

2) The part of a request for subscription to Fund shares that is less than or equal to the “non-reducible average subscription” will be honoured in full.

　”減少対象とならない平均株式数”以下の申込株式数の部分については購入できます。

3) The part of a request for subscription to Fund shares that is greater than the “non-reducible average subscription” will be reduced by a single coefficient in such a manner that the total of all requests for subscriptions to Fund shares does not exceed the total number of shares offered.

　”減少対象とならない平均株式数”を超える申込株式数の部分については、募集された株式数を超えないように単一係数により調整（減少）されます。

If my subscription request is reduced and I have chosen to use multiple payment methods, how will the reduction be applied?　（日本では確定額を銀行振込みしていただきますので翻訳は割愛します）

For each subscriber, the reduction will be applied in order of priority to subsequent matched or unmatched payments by bank account debit and/or financed by salary advance.

The reduced amounts will then be applied to the payments in question and distributed proportionally in accordance with the Beneficiary’s initial request, in such a manner that the amount of the Capital Increase is at most equal to the amount authorised by the Saint-Gobain Board of Directors. 

If the amount of the Beneficiary’s effective request for subscription to Fund shares by voluntary payment is financed by “Salary advance” and by “Bank account debit”, the reduction will be distributed in the same proportion as the Beneficiary’s request for subscription to Fund shares.

What happens if my subscription request is reduced and I have chosen to pay by bank account debit?　（日本では確定額を銀行振込みしていただきますので翻訳は割愛します）

Only the reduced amount of the payment by bank account debit will be debited to the Beneficiary’s bank account.

What happens if my subscription request is reduced and I have chosen to pay by salary advance?　（日本では確定額を銀行振込みしていただきますので翻訳は割愛します）

Only the reduced amount of the payment by salary advance will be debited to the company’s bank account.

In case of reduction, how do I know the final amount of my subscription?　減少した場合、どのようにすれば把握できますか？

The reduced amount after calculation is available on the subscription website and the subscription summary will be downloadable.
